Introducing the Aerpro AMVW4 10" Multimedia Receiver, a perfect fit for Volkswagen Amarok (2016-on), Caddy (2015-2020), Multivan (2016-2019), Tiguan (2015-2016)* and Transporter (2016-2019) vehicles with factory MIB-PQ unit. The Multimedia Receiver comes with a large 10" capacitive touchscreen display that features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which can also be used with a wire. The built-in Bluetooth provides hands-free phone calls and wireless audio streaming while the rear USB input and AM/FM radio tuner ensure you have a variety of options. With 40Wx4 max output, 8 band graphic EQ, and time alignment capabilities, the sound quality is excellent. Additionally, the system can be expanded via the 4V/5CH RCA preouts to include amplifiers.
The Aerpro AMVW4 is supplied as a complete Head Unit Upgrade Kit that includes all the parts required for installation, including steering wheel controls. You can experience seamless on-road and off-road navigation by adding the optional Aerpro AMHXD3 On-Road/Off-Road Navigation Module (sold separately). However, please note that the Head Unit Upgrade Kits can vary between vehicle models, so it's important to use the Aerpro What Fits Your Car Guide to find the correct parts.
It's worth noting that this Multimedia Receiver only suits vehicles with MIB-PQ unit from the factory. In Tiguan (2015-2016) vehicles, the kit partially covers the hazard button due to the size of the head unit. For stop-start models, an Ignition Stabiliser may be required (Aerpro APIGNSTB, not included). You'll also need a camera retention adaptor (Aerpro APVVW03, not included) to retain the factory camera, and you may need to remove the fuse from the factory Bluetooth module for the phone button to work.
