Important Information

Some users may notice the cover opening when the vehicle stops and is switched off. This occurs due to the Shark 6 factory central locking system, which automatically locks above ~10 km/h and unlocks when the car is turned off.

To prevent this:

1. Disable double-unlock in the HSP app – Turn off “Open cover with double unlock click.”

2. Turn off the car before unlocking the door – Prevents sending a double-unlock signal.

3. Adjust vehicle lock settings – Settings → Vehicle → Locks → Disable Auto Lock / Auto Door Lock.
