Navman miCam Explore

The GPS was delivered in excellent time and condition. The 7" screen is much clearer than my previous 5", but the size presented some challenges in mounting without obstructed forward vision (both eye and camera). The magnetic mount is very convenient, hope it is strong enough on a bumpy track. The max sound level is just adequate, the speaker is at the rear (facing away), the unit is designed for a larger and prob noisier vehicle, and my ears are not what they were!. Would like to be able to pair bluetooth audio to car audio but dont think its possible. Use of some of the features is not always very intuitive, and much referral to the user manual is required. Cant set my 'Home' or 'Work' address (rural addresses) to select a Pinned Location. Small problems and learning curve aside, the unit performs very well, GPS acquisition is fast, maps are clear and easy to see, touch screen use and menu tiles are very good. haven't tried any of the phone interface features, and prob wont, because of audio level issues. I do recommend the unit, and would give it 5 stars if audio was a bit better. Cheers, and happy 4WDing.
