Alpine introduces the all-new Alpine Status sound system, designed to bring high-resolution sound to the masses. With engineering and design concepts borrowed from the third-generation Ultra High-Resolution AlpineF#1Status system, Alpine Status offers a more approachable and accessible option for audiophiles looking to build their ideal sound system.
The Alpine Status system features a wide range of Hi-Res Audio enabled speakers, including the HDZ-65CS Slim-Fit 2-Way speaker set. These speakers boast a high-resolution bandwidth of 55Hz to 40kHz and come equipped with a 170mm door woofer and a 40mm slim-fit tweeter that's easy to install.
All speaker cones are made from the same carbon composite material to create a unified timbre identity during playback. They come close to the AlpineF#1Status speakers in terms of construction and materials, delivering excellent sound quality.
The Alpine Status system supports Hi-Res Audio playback of 192kHz / 24bit format, widely available in many online stores and streaming platforms. This high-resolution playback enhances the overall listening experience in the vehicle, creating an intimate recording studio-like ambiance.
The 2-way slim-fit speaker system consists of 170mm door woofers and 40mm slim-fit tweeters, using backed carbon composite cones for excellent harmonics and reduced distortion. The double-gathered edge technology also reduces sound distortion at higher volume levels.
Additionally, the 40mm Hi-Res Audio slim-fit tweeters are powerful and play up to 40kHz, with an integrated wave-guide, tuned-back chamber, and powerful neodymium magnet. The 2-way X-over networks offer multiple adjustment options, including tweeter level and woofer X-over adjustment.
For even better sound quality, the Alpine Status system also features the HDZ-653 70mm Hi-Res Audio ring-radiator tweeters, with a 25mm carbon fiber diaphragm and an integrated wave-guide, tuned-back chamber, and powerful neodymium magnet.
The Alpine Status system is designed to play music tracks at 192kHz / 24bit format, which exceeds the standard High-Resolution spec of 96kHz/24Bit. This capability captures and accurately reproduces details in the music, bringing the artist's original intention to life and creating a studio recording experience in your vehicle. Each component can be purchased individually for custom system building.
