Description
Aerpro AKTO23 – 9"/10" Trapezoid Head Unit Installation Kit | Toyota Prado (2020-2024)
Upgrade your Toyota Prado (2020–2024) with a 9" or 10" trapezoid-shaped head unit while keeping the factory features you rely on. The AKTO23 includes everything needed for a clean, factory-look install — steering wheel controls, reverse camera, USB, AUX, and parking tones are all retained, and the kit is built to work with vehicles that have a factory amplifier (JBL variant excluded).
Compatible with popular trapezoid units from Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer, Aerpro, and various Android head units, this kit pairs seamlessly with the Aerpro APP8 Secondary ISO Harness (sold separately) for a straightforward install.

Vehicle Feature Retention
This kit retains steering wheel controls (including the phone button), factory reverse camera (if equipped), AUX input, USB input, parking tones, and factory amplifier compatibility. The factory vehicle menu is not retained. This kit does not suit the JBL Amplified variant, and overall feature retention will depend on the head unit installed.
Important Information
This kit is developed for universal trapezoid-shaped radios only — it will not suit standard DIN or double DIN sized radios. It does not support Pioneer CAN Bus features, but does come with a steering wheel control adapter: instead of selecting 'CAN Bus Adapter' on boot-up, go to Menu > 'Steering Wheel Control' > 'With Adapter'. Note that the head unit ISO harness is not included — installation with an Aerpro APP8 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness (sold separately) is recommended. Feature retention will vary depending on the radio installed.
Vehicle Compatibility
Toyota Prado 150 Series (2020–2024) with steering wheel controls, excluding the JBL amplified variant.
