The Aerpro AKMB26 is designed specifically for universal 9-inch trapezoid-shaped aftermarket radios. It is not designed for standard DIN or double-DIN head units.
The Pioneer DMH-AP6850BT is supplied as the head unit in this package and is paired with the vehicle-specific Aerpro AKMB26 installation components to create a complete Mitsubishi Triton or Challenger head unit upgrade.
The head unit ISO harness is not included with the AKMB26 kit. An Aerpro APP8 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness is recommended and is sold separately.
The AKMB26 does not support Pioneer CAN Bus features. Instead, when configuring the Pioneer head unit, select Menu > Steering Wheel Control > With Adapter rather than selecting the CAN Bus Adapter option.
