Description
Aerpro ARVTGN17 Power Tailgate Kit for Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace 2017-2023
The Tiguan Allspace's extra length means a bigger boot and a tailgate that gets plenty of use. This kit converts it to power operation and works with the ARTGKS Kick Sensor.
Electric struts go in where the factory gas struts were, and a dedicated control unit manages every movement. Because the kit is made for the Tiguan Allspace, the result looks and works like it came from the factory.
Key Features
- Three ways to operate: remote key, factory tailgate button or the new switch supplied with the kit
- Pause at any point: press once to stop the tailgate, press again to reverse it. Ideal for multi-level car parks
- Optional front switch: operate the tailgate from the driver's seat
- Kick sensor ready: compatible with the Aerpro ARTGKS Kick Sensor (sold separately) for hands-free opening with a kick under the rear bumper
- Fully adjustable: set the maximum opening height, opening speed, closing speed and braking force
- Anti-pinch protection: the tailgate stops and reverses if it meets an obstruction
- Audible confirmation: beeps confirm each action
- Vehicle-specific fit: engineered for the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace 2017-2023
